Client receives a delivery with missing products

I am very sorry to hear that you are missing part of your order.
So that we can open an urgent investigation with our warehouse, please contact us at info@craster.com and advise the following:

The order number this relates to, which begins SO

The shipment number this relates to, which begins SS
-
The number of boxes / pallets received
-
If all boxes were opened and thoroughly checked, as some boxes may contain a mixture of different items
We will investigate this with the warehouse as a priority and will update you again within two working days.
