Learn how to submit a new account request through our online form for Finance review.
The New Account Application Form allows customers to request a new account with our Finance team. You can also request a credit account directly within the form. Once submitted, your application is sent to the Finance team for processing, and they will respond within one business day.
Use this form when setting up a new billing or credit account to ensure your company’s details are verified and processed efficiently.
Prerequisites
- Accurate business information (company name, address, and contact details)
- Credit information, if you are requesting a credit account
Steps

Go to the New Account Application Form

Complete all required fields marked with an asterisk (*)

Select whether you are requesting a credit account when prompted.

If you are not requesting credit, skip the credit reference section.

Review your details for accuracy before submitting.

Click Submit to send your application directly to our Finance team.

The Finance team will review your application and respond within one business day.
Example / Use Case
A new customer completes the form to set up an account for purchasing materials. They select “Yes” to request a credit account. Within 24 hours, Finance reviews the application and responds with approval or further documentation requests.
